Fees

Choosing a lawyer for your Washington State Domestic Violence case can be a difficult and confusing experience. Most importantly, you should feel comfortable that the attorney you select has the experience and ability to effectively represent you against domestic violence charges.

That being said, I understand that cost is often a factor in your decision, and I strive to provide a top quality service at an affordable price. My fees are structured in several different ways depending on the seriousness level of the crime, the potential for trial, and the length and potential complication of the investigation needed to effectively defend you.

Below is a general list showing the ranges of what my potential fees are for different levels of crimes:

DV Simple Misdemeanors: $2,000 – $4,000

DV Gross Misdemeanors: $2,500 – $6,000

DV Felonies: $5,000 – $20,000 (Felonies are often done on a hourly billing scale as well)

I accept payment by cash, check, Visa, Amex and Master Card. I am also happy to work out a payment plan that can work with your budget.
