My fees are structured in several different ways depending on the seriousness level of the crime, the potential for trial, and the length and potential complication of the investigation needed to effectively defend you.
Below is a general list showing the ranges of what my potential fees are for different levels of crimes:
DV Simple Misdemeanors: $2,000 – $4,000
DV Gross Misdemeanors: $2,500 – $6,000
DV Felonies: $5,000 – $20,000 (Felonies are often done on an hourly billing scale as well)
I accept payment by cash, check, Visa, Amex and Master Card. I am also happy to work out a payment plan that can work with your budget.
